Shipping Options Explained

When you are making a purchase on the web store, there will always be two options for delivery: Home Delivery ($15 +tax) or “In Clinic Pick up”, which is our NEW office located at 695 George Street on the West side! This option is FREE!

“In Clinic” Office pick-up:

We are happy to announce that we now have an office located at 695 George street on the West side of Saint John. If this location does not work for you we are still offering pick ups at the two Pet Corrals (West side and Quispamsis). This option is still FREE, and once we’ve processed your order we will contact you to find out which of the two locations you’d like your products delivered!

Home Delivery: 

If you select this option for food and toys and treats, etc, this means the item will be shipped to your home directly from a supplier according to the shipping time estimate that is provided to you during checkout.

If you select this option for anything prescription (this includes flea and tick medications as well as medications we have prescribed for your pet), then this means we will be ordering the product for you and delivering it ourselves once it arrives. 

**We do deliveries from these shipments once per week and will contact you with regards to timing of your delivery once we process your order. ** 

Some Fun Webstore Features

1.    We can add any prescription medications (including flea and tick preventatives) to your pet’s profile so you can easily go and order it as needed! We will select the number of refills and when the refills expire, etc., so that you can see when you may need a checkup to renew your prescription, etc.

2.    After we’ve discussed recommendations for your pet, we can go add them to your account for you so that they are easy to find and refer back to if you are interested in purchasing them!

3.    You can save your favourite products for easy re-ordering.

4.    You can set up auto-ship for things you need regularly (like food!) and it often gives you a discount when you do this! You also get a reminder when it will be shipping soon, so you can delay the shipment if you aren’t quite ready for the next bag!

5.    Besides veterinary products, but you can also look for your favourite toys, treats, and grooming tools, etc., that you may need for your pet!

6.    As a celebration of our launch, shipping for orders over $100 is free!
